Friends of Camp Mak-A-Dream, Michigan Chapter is supported by fundraising events and corporate, individual and foundation giving. Through the generosity of our donors, the Michigan Chapter can offer cost free camp experiences and often times provide travel assistance to Michigan residents.
Make a Donation
Make a donation in honor or memory of someone, or for a special occasion such as a wedding, birthday, anniversary or holiday.
Travel Scholarship Fund – Send a child or young adult to camp! A $500 travel scholarship provides one camper with a roundtrip airline ticket to Montana to attend camp.
Tony Jacob Memorial Fund – Help us put the finishing touches on the nine-hole miniature (putt-putt) golf course at the camp in Montana. The course was designed to accommodate all ages and physical capabilities. The course is a tribute to Dr. H. John (Tony) Jacob, who devoted his efforts to ensuring that children and young adults touched by cancer had the opportunity to spend a special week at camp. All donations to this fund will support the completion and maintenance of the golf course.

Host a Fundraising Event
We need your help! Choose Friends of Camp Mak-A-Dream as your charity of choice for your next school or business fundraiser. A few examples of great fundraising activities include bake sales, corporate dress down days, walk-a-thons, car washes, game nights and dinner/dances. These events not only assist in raising much-needed funds but also provide wonderful opportunities to increase awareness of the wonderful programs offered to children and young adults with cancer at Camp Mak-A-Dream.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Show your support of Friends of Camp Mak-A-Dream, Michigan Chapter through a corporate sponsorship at one of our events. Sponsorships are a great way to demonstrate your company's commitment to the community and Camp Mak-A-Dream.
Purchase Camper Note Cards
Each camp session, campers paint ceramic tiles that reflect their feelings about Camp Mak-A-Dream. Different tiles were chosen as the notecard covers and inside is blank for personal messages. Purchase a pack of eight notecards with envelope for $10 (plus $2.00 shipping). Contact us at (248)-723-5575 to place an order.
Invite Us to Speak at Your Civic Organization or Business Meeting

Display Our Literature
Help us get the word out to possible campers, volunteers and donors by displaying brochures at your place of business.
